  2. 7)Exercise prescription and physical activity counseling: Guidance on the importance of regular physical activity, personalized exercise prescription, and strategies for incorporating exercise into daily routines to improve insulin sensitivity, manage weight, and reduce cardiovascular risk.
  3. 8)Foot care and podiatry services: Screening for diabetic foot complications, assessment of foot health, prevention of foot ulcers and infections, and referral to podiatrists for specialized foot care when needed to prevent or manage diabetic foot complications.
  4. 9)Continuous quality improvement and outcome monitoring: Continuous evaluation of clinic processes, patient outcomes, and quality of care indicators to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to evidence-based guidelines and best practices in diabetes management.
